Sue Castillo

Sue Castillo's primary career was spent with the City of along Beach Public Works Engineering Department, from 1985 to 2011. She served as an elected member of the engineering group's union as their Treasurer and as their health care representative for 15 years. She served as an elected member of her local neighhood council in Los Angeles (Central San pedro), holding chairmanship of their planning committee and their public works committee, for 13 years.

Near the end of 2018 she moved to Veneta  Oregon (just outside the city limits) along with most of her family. She is passionate about nature, land use issues, and being a responsible local resident.
